Whether you choose The Cottages, The Townes or The Estates, our goal is to assure your stay at King’s Creek Plantation is fun and enjoyable. The Cottages are charming and resemble a quaint village. The Townes offer spacious townhomes with room to spread out and they cluster around the ever-popular family pool complex. The Estates are our recently opened upscale homes with multiple decks offering special features. We have worked hard to provide all our homes with appliances and conveniences to make your vacation as delightful as it can be!

Noise policy
King’s Creek Plantation is for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Minors must be reasonably supervised at all times. We reserve the right to remove individuals who disturb, disrupt, or prohibit the enjoyment of other guests…potentially resulting in the forfeiture of all deposits made. Local police may be summoned to assist in enforcing these standards.
Noise must be kept to a minimum.
In the event noise levels disturb others, our staff will take the appropriate action to address the situation promptly with the possibility of removing the guests from the resort.
Playing Equipment
Equipment — Rackets, tennis balls, basketballs and horseshoes are provided at the Front Desk. There are also box games available for checkout.
Extra Household Equipment
Cribs, high chairs, and additional cookware are available upon request for no additional charge. Linens for the sleeper sofa are located in the closet.
Linens / Towels
There is an additional charge for EXTRA linens and towels.
Outdoor Grills
Gas grills are located throughout the property for your use. Operating instructions appear on the front of the grill. Further assistance is available by dialing “0” from your unit. Please remember to exercise caution when operating the gas grill and turn valve to the OFF position when finished.
Recycle Location
Recycle bins are located by the Main Street playground.
Pet Policy
Except for service dogs, pets are not allowed at the resort. Our staff will be happy to recommend area facilities to accommodate your pet.
